Delivery to the United Kingdom

At Anteprima, we believe the price you see is the price you pay. All delivery costs, customs duties, and import taxes are included — Delivered Duties Paid (DDP) in GBP. There are no hidden charges or surprise fees when your order arrives.

Your luxury dog bed or sofa is handcrafted to order in Italy and delivered directly to your UK address. We handle all customs formalities so you never have to worry about post-Brexit import charges.

Delivery Times

Each Anteprima piece is handcrafted to order by our Italian artisans, requiring 3–5 business days for meticulous preparation. Once your piece is ready, delivery to the United Kingdom typically takes an additional 5–7 business days via DHL or DPD, depending on your location. All post-Brexit import duties and VAT are included in your price.

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking number so you can follow your delivery every step of the way. We appreciate your patience — exceptional craftsmanship is worth the wait.

Your Right to Cancel

Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you have a statutory right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your item, without giving any reason.

To exercise your right to cancel, please notify us at [email protected] before the cancellation period expires. Once you have notified us, you must return the item within 14 days in its original, unused condition and packaging. We will process your refund within 14 days of receiving the returned goods. Return delivery costs are the responsibility of the customer. Please note that personalised or custom-made items are exempt from the right to cancel.

Your Consumer Rights

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, you are entitled to goods that are of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose, and as described. If your item does not meet these standards:

  • Within the first 30 days of delivery, you are entitled to a full refund.
  • After 30 days, we are entitled to repair or replace the item. If a repair or replacement is not possible or unsuccessful, you may be entitled to a price reduction or refund.

These statutory rights are in addition to any additional guarantees we may offer, and cannot be waived or excluded.

Damaged or Faulty Items

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us at [email protected] within 48 hours of receipt, providing photographs of the damage.

We will arrange a repair, replacement, or refund in accordance with your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Ante-Prima Srl is not liable for damage resulting from improper handling or damage caused by pets after delivery.
