Terms and Conditions

Last updated: 26 March 2026

1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your purchase of products from Anteprima SRL (“we”, “us”, “our”) through our UK website (www.anteprima.shop/uk/). By placing an order, you confirm that you have read and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our website.

2. About Us

We are Anteprima SRL, a company registered in Italy, with our principal place of business at Via Pra 66, 35042 Este (PD), Italy. Contact us at [email protected].

We are an international seller of luxury, handcrafted pet furniture — dog beds, sofas, cushions, blankets, and bags — made by skilled Italian artisans. We deliver to the UK under DDP (Delivered Duties Paid) terms.

3. Products and Pricing

All prices on our UK website are displayed in Pounds Sterling (GBP).

DDP Pricing — The Price You See Is the Price You Pay: Our prices are fully inclusive. The price displayed is the total price you pay — all international delivery costs, UK customs duties, and import taxes are included. There are no hidden fees and no surprise charges upon delivery. This is our commitment to our British customers.

All products are handcrafted in Italy using traditional techniques and premium materials. Our collections — including Luxury Dog Beds, Luxury Dog Sofas, Sofa Damask Cushions, Luxury Dog Blankets, and Designer Dog Bags — are made to the highest standards of Italian craftsmanship.

We reserve the right to change prices at any time. The price applicable to your order is the price displayed at the time you place your order.

4. Orders and Payment

We accept payment by credit and debit card via Stripe and PayPal. By submitting your order, you make an offer to purchase the selected products. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order at our discretion.

You will receive an order confirmation email once your order is accepted. A binding contract is formed when we send you an order confirmation.

5. Delivery

We deliver to addresses throughout the United Kingdom under DDP (Delivered Duties Paid) terms. This means all delivery costs, customs clearance fees, and import duties are included in the price you pay at checkout.

Estimated delivery times are 7 to 14 business days from the date of dispatch. Each piece is handcrafted to order in Italy — exquisitely made and worth the wait.

Risk of loss and title to the products passes to you upon delivery to your nominated address.

6. Your Rights Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015

Your statutory rights as a consumer are fully protected under English and Welsh law.

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, goods supplied to consumers must be:

  • Of satisfactory quality — safe, durable, free from minor defects, and of a standard that a reasonable person would consider satisfactory.
  • Fit for purpose — suitable for the purpose for which goods of that kind are commonly supplied, and any specific purpose made known to us.
  • As described — matching any description, sample, or demonstration provided.

If goods do not meet these standards:

  • Within 30 days of delivery: You have a short-term right to reject the goods and receive a full refund.
  • After 30 days (up to 6 months): You have the right to a repair or replacement. If repair or replacement is not possible or fails, you have the right to a price reduction or a final right to reject the goods for a full or partial refund.
  • After 6 months: You may still have rights to repair, replacement, or a price reduction, but you may be required to demonstrate that the fault existed at the time of delivery.

7. Right to Cancel (Cooling-Off Period)

Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving any reason.

To exercise your right to cancel, you must inform us of your decision to cancel clearly before the 14-day cancellation period expires. Please contact us at [email protected].

Following your cancellation notice, you must return the goods to us within 14 days. The direct cost of return delivery is your responsibility.

We will process your refund within 14 days of receiving the returned goods or within 14 days of receiving evidence that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier. Refunds will be made to your original payment method. We may make a deduction from the refund for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

8. Returns and Refunds (Voluntary Policy)

In addition to your statutory rights, we offer a voluntary return policy: you may return any item within 14 days of delivery in its original, unused condition with all original packaging intact. This extends your statutory rights for non-faulty items under our goodwill policy.

To initiate a return, please contact us at [email protected]. For voluntary returns (non-faulty goods), the cost of return delivery is the responsibility of the customer.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by the laws of England and Wales, our liability for any claim is limited to the purchase price of the goods in question.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes our liability for: (a) death or personal injury caused by our negligence; (b) fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; (c) any breach of the terms implied by the Consumer Rights Act 2015; or (d) any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

10. Privacy and Data Protection

We take your privacy seriously. Your personal data is processed in accordance with UK GDPR (the General Data Protection Regulation as retained in UK law following the United Kingdom departure from the EU) and the Data Protection Act 2018.

We collect and use your personal data only to process and fulfil your orders, and we do not sell your data to third parties. You have the right to access, rectify, erase, and object to the processing of your personal data.

If you have a concern about how we handle your personal data, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk.

For further information about our privacy practices, please refer to our Privacy Policy.

11. Dispute Resolution

If you have a concern or complaint, please contact us first at [email protected]. We are committed to resolving any issues promptly and fairly.

If we are unable to resolve your complaint, you may seek alternative dispute resolution (ADR) through a certified ADR provider. We are happy to engage with any ADR scheme to resolve disputes without recourse to court proceedings.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised “Last updated” date. Your continued use of our website after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
