Shipping


Our delivery time for the production of the dog bed or sofa is typically between 3 to 5 business days for our artisan to complete the crafting process. Once the item is ready for shipment, we ship via DHL Express for international delivery, which typically takes 5–7 business days after your order is ready. Damage


Please inspect your merchandise immediately upon delivery, and report any damage to the company within 24 hours of receipt. Customer bears full responsibility for any damage not reported within this 24-hour period. Ante-Prima Srl is not liable for any damage or defects resulting from improper handling of the product or damage caused by pets.

Returns policy


Our return policy allows for returns within 14 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Please note that return shipping fees, including any applicable customs charges, are the responsibility of the customer. Certain items, such as personalized or custom-made products, may not be eligible for return. Returns may be made, but will require a valid Authorization which may be requested by contacting the customer service by email at [email protected].

  • Please check all your boxes as soon as you receive them. Ante-Prima Srl cannot be responsible for any missing or damaged goods if we are not notified within 24 hours from time received.
  • Items that have been installed or not in original carton or packaging are not returnable.
  • We will credit your account once a return has been inspected and is determined to be valid.
WARRANTY


We offer a warranty on our products to ensure your satisfaction. Please note that the warranty applies only to visible defects. If you encounter any issues with your purchase, please contact us within 30 days from the date of purchase for assistance. We may request photos of the issue, and at our discretion, determine if the warranty is applicable and opt for a replacement.
