At Anteprima, we believe the price you see is the price you pay. All shipping costs, customs duties, and import taxes are included — Delivered Duties Paid (DDP) in CAD. There are no hidden charges or surprise fees when your order arrives.
Your luxury dog bed or sofa is handcrafted to order in Italy and shipped directly to your Canadian address. We handle all customs clearance, so you can shop with complete peace of mind.
Delivery Times
Each Anteprima piece is handcrafted to order by our Italian artisans, requiring 3–5 business days for meticulous preparation. Once your piece is ready, delivery to Canada typically takes an additional 7–12 business days via DHL Express, depending on your location. Canadian duties are covered under CETA (0% for EU-origin goods) and GST/HST is included in your price.
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking number so you can follow your shipment every step of the way. We appreciate your patience — exceptional craftsmanship is worth the wait.
Returns
We want you and your dog to love every Anteprima piece. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, you may return your item within 14 days of the delivery date for a full refund, provided the item is unused and returned in its original condition and packaging.
In addition to any rights you may have under applicable provincial consumer protection legislation, our voluntary return policy provides you with a straightforward returns process. Please contact us at [email protected] with your order number to initiate a return. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Customized or personalized items may not be eligible for return.
Your Consumer Rights
Your consumer rights in Canada are protected by provincial consumer protection legislation. The Ontario Consumer Protection Act, 2002 serves as a representative baseline: it provides a 10-day cooling-off period for internet agreements and prohibits unfair practices. Damaged or Faulty Items
Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us at [email protected] within 48 hours of receipt, providing photographs of the damage.
We will arrange a replacement or refund promptly. Ante-Prima Srl is not liable for damage resulting from improper handling or damage caused by pets after delivery.
