1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your purchase of products from Anteprima SRL (“we”, “us”, or “our”) through our website at www.anteprima.shop/au/. By placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Anteprima SRL specialises in handcrafted luxury dog beds, sofas, blankets, and bags, made in Italy. Each piece reflects Italian craftsmanship and premium materials selected for both beauty and durability.

We ship to Australia on a Delivered Duties Paid (DDP) basis. This means that all shipping costs, customs duties, and import taxes are included in the price displayed. The price you see is the price you pay — no hidden fees, no surprise charges at delivery.

3. Products and Pricing

All prices displayed on our Australian site are in Australian Dollars (AUD). Prices include all applicable costs as described above under our DDP commitment.

We reserve the right to change prices at any time. The price applicable to your order is the price shown at the time you place your order. Product images are representative; minor variations in colour, texture, and finish may occur due to the handcrafted nature of our products and differences in screen calibration.

4. Orders and Payment

By placing an order, you make an offer to purchase the selected products at the stated price. We reserve the right to accept or decline your order. An order is accepted when you receive an order confirmation email from us.

We accept payment via Stripe (credit/debit card) and PayPal. All transactions are processed securely. We do not store your payment card details.

5. Delivery to Australia

We deliver to all states and territories of Australia on a DDP basis — all shipping costs, customs duties, and import taxes are included in your purchase price.

Estimated delivery times are 10 to 20 business days from the date of dispatch. Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary due to factors outside our control, including customs processing and carrier delays.

You will receive tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

6. Australian Consumer Guarantees

Under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL), Schedule 2 of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth), our products come with consumer guarantees that cannot be excluded. You are entitled to:

  • A replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
  • Have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

These guarantees cannot be limited or excluded by contract. Any voluntary warranty we offer is in addition to, and does not limit, your rights under the ACL.

7. Returns and Refunds

In addition to your statutory rights under the ACL, we offer a voluntary 14-day return policy. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 14 days of receipt in its original, unused, and undamaged condition for a full refund.

Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law are not limited by this voluntary policy.

8. Customisation and Personalised Orders

Custom and personalised orders are non-refundable except where a consumer guarantee applies under the ACL or where the product is faulty or not as described.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law — including the Australian Consumer Law — our liability for any loss or damage arising from your purchase or use of our products is limited to the purchase price of the goods. We exclude all other liability to the extent permitted by law, but nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any consumer guarantee, right, or remedy that cannot be excluded under the ACL.

10. Privacy

We handle your personal information in accordance with the Australian Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs). We collect only the information necessary to process your order and provide our services. We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes without your consent.

11. Dispute Resolution

If we are unable to resolve your complaint, you may contact the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission (ACCC) at www.accc.gov.au or your state or territory fair trading office for assistance.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales. Nothing in these Terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law or any other applicable state or territory legislation.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version will always be available on our website. Continued use of our website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
