We deliver to the UK under DDP (Delivered Duties Paid) terms.<\/p>\n\n<h3>3. Products and Pricing<\/h3>\n\n<p>All prices on our UK website are displayed in Pounds Sterling (GBP).<\/p>\n\n<p><strong>DDP Pricing \u2014 The Price You See Is the Price You Pay:<\/strong> Our prices are fully inclusive. The price displayed is the total price you pay \u2014 all international delivery costs, UK customs duties, and import taxes are included. There are no hidden fees and no surprise charges upon delivery. This is our commitment to our British customers.<\/p>\n\n<p>All products are handcrafted in Italy using traditional techniques and premium materials. Our collections \u2014 including Luxury Dog Beds, Luxury Dog Sofas, Sofa Damask Cushions, Luxury Dog Blankets, and Designer Dog Bags \u2014 are made to the highest standards of Italian craftsmanship.<\/p>\n\n<p>We reserve the right to change prices at any time. The price applicable to your order is the price displayed at the time you place your order.<\/p>\n\n<h3>4. Orders and Payment<\/h3>\n\n<p>We accept payment by credit and debit card via Stripe and PayPal. By submitting your order, you make an offer to purchase the selected products. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order at our discretion.<\/p>\n\n<p>You will receive an order confirmation email once your order is accepted. A binding contract is formed when we send you an order confirmation.<\/p>\n\n<h3>5. Delivery<\/h3>\n\n<p>We deliver to addresses throughout the United Kingdom under DDP (Delivered Duties Paid) terms. This means all delivery costs, customs clearance fees, and import duties are included in the price you pay at checkout.<\/p>\n\n<p>Estimated delivery times are 7 to 14 business days from the date of dispatch. Each piece is handcrafted to order in Italy \u2014 exquisitely made and worth the wait.<\/p>\n\n<p>Risk of loss and title to the products passes to you upon delivery to your nominated address.<\/p>\n\n<h3>6. Your Rights Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015<\/h3>\n\n<p><strong>Your statutory rights as a consumer are fully protected under English and Welsh law.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p>Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, goods supplied to consumers must be:<\/p>\n\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Of satisfactory quality<\/strong> \u2014 safe, durable, free from minor defects, and of a standard that a reasonable person would consider satisfactory.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Fit for purpose<\/strong> \u2014 suitable for the purpose for which goods of that kind are commonly supplied, and any specific purpose made known to us.<\/li>\n<li><strong>As described<\/strong> \u2014 matching any description, sample, or demonstration provided.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p>If goods do not meet these standards:<\/p>\n\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Within 30 days of delivery:<\/strong> You have a short-term right to reject the goods and receive a full refund.<\/li>\n<li><strong>After 30 days (up to 6 months):<\/strong> You have the right to a repair or replacement. If repair or replacement is not possible or fails, you have the right to a price reduction or a final right to reject the goods for a full or partial refund.<\/li>\n<li><strong>After 6 months:<\/strong> You may still have rights to repair, replacement, or a price reduction, but you may be required to demonstrate that the fault existed at the time of delivery.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<h3>7. Right to Cancel (Cooling-Off Period)<\/h3>\n\n<p><strong>Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving any reason.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p>To exercise your right to cancel, you must inform us of your decision to cancel clearly before the 14-day cancellation period expires. The direct cost of return delivery is your responsibility.<\/p>\n\n<p>We will process your refund within 14 days of receiving the returned goods or within 14 days of receiving evidence that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier. Refunds will be made to your original payment method. We may make a deduction from the refund for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.<\/p>\n\n<h3>8. Returns and Refunds (Voluntary Policy)<\/h3>\n\n<p>In addition to your statutory rights, we offer a voluntary return policy: you may return any item within 14 days of delivery in its original, unused condition with all original packaging intact.
